The Practice has received a number of complaints regarding registering on-line, I hope this clarifies the process and why we need you to register in person
You do need to register in person and bring some photographic proof of your ID or be known to the staff in order to receive your registration details.We require this to ensure that the right person is accessing your personal data. To ensure confidentiality we are only able to accept registrations in person- i.e. you cannot give your details to anyone else to register for you. If you encounter any problems please phone the surgery and we will answer any questions and help with your registration.
